We used BStreamlined in our Coleman Milne funeral car manufacturing division. The process was indeed “streamlined”, and did not affect our production whilst it was underway. With improvements in throughput times and hours of build, the process also witnessed the production of standard operations or, “works instructions”, which were employed to improve the quality of the work at every stage of build. I would recommend BStreamlined as a provider after witnessing the work and results of this process, which witnessed a more than 20% reduction in the number of electrician hours required for example, which was a real problem for our business at the time, given the difficulty in recruiting skilled auto-electricians at that time.
